June Newsletter
Rudeen Management • June 1, 2019
Dear Residents:
I hope everyone is enjoying this sunshine as much as I am! As summertime kicks off we would like to send out some friendly reminders and updates so that we can all be up-to-date on what is going on around the Mirabolante community.
Great News!
Mirabolante apartments has been enviro certified! The EnviroCertified Program is a voluntary program offered to local small businesses. The program certifies businesses that put practices and policies in place to properly manage hazardous wastes and conserve resources. The Spokane Regional Health District provides Local Source Control, pollution prevention technical assistance visits. Program administration, public recognition activities and certification visits are conducted by the Spokane River Forum.
Reminders:
- We have a referral program! If you refer a new tenant, you will get $100. Off your next months’ rent!
- Rent is due by the 3rd of every month. If paying by check, it must be submitted to the drop box before 9AM on the 4th of the month. Late Fees will be applied at 9AM on this day.
- Our maintenance staff will never enter your apartment for a maintenance request without signed authorization. Please come fill out requests in the office or online at Mirabolanteapts.com. We cannot enter your apartment to fix the issue without it being in writing.
- If you have a maintenance emergency please call: 509-990-9356
WE'RE ON FACEBOOK!
In an effort to bring our community closer together, we have partnered up with phase 3 digital and KXLY to promote our Facebook page! Here you will get updates on events happening throughout the community, the property, (maybe hear one or two of my corny jokes) and get the opportunity to get to know your neighbors. This will be a fantastic way to open a new gateway of communication for the residents and staff of the Mirabolante community! If you haven’t already, I encourage you to find us on Facebook under Mirabolante Apartments and hit that like button!
Parking Policy:
Just a friendly reminder that it is the residents obligation to inform any and all visitors that every car parked on the property between 6 PM-7AM must have a parking pass in view at all times even if underneath a carport or it is subject to be towed. This is to ensure that all residents have priority in selecting a parking space. Also there have been several cars parking in the fire lanes, if you have visitors doing this please be aware that you are responsible for any compliance notices and fees associated. The fire lanes are for emergency use only so we need to keep them clear at all times.

Dear Residents, Welcome to the season of changing leaves, boots and scarves, and spooky shows! We are excited to invite you all to a resident appreciation barbecue on September 11th from 3-6pm. Bring your families for a chance to get to know your neighbors and to meet Nate, and Cassandra if you haven't already! We would also like to extend a few kind reminders about our Community policies! For our residents who smoke, please remember to dispose of cigarette butts in an appropriate manner. Unfortunately some of our residents with ground floor units have been struggling to clean up after their neighbors who throw their used cigarettes into the grass from their balconies. This is unfair and detracts from the cleanliness and feeling of comradery within our community. We would also like to note that quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
